ARC Request
Bennington's Architectural Review Committee (ARC) reviews requests for architectural changes and oversees community standards according to HOA bylaws. Architectural guidelines are a set of standards for architectural and exterior property modifications or improvements that homeowners must follow. The committee bases its reviews on these written guidelines.
An ARC Request must be submitted and approved before changes are made to the exterior of your property. All requests will be reviewed within 30 days of receipt.

The City of Gaithersburg is partnering with Rebuilding Together Montgomery County (RTMC) to provide free home repair services to income-eligible City residents. City of Gaithersburg residents who meet the income requirements and own a home may qualify.
City funds provide free home repairs and accessibility modifications year-round to ensure City homeowners can remain safely and independently in their homes. Repairs may include, but are not limited to, accessibility modifications, energy efficiency upgrades, weatherization, HVAC systems, Plumbing and electrical repairs, and roof repair.
